Riviera Syndication News It has been an exciting month for Riviera Syndication who have celebrated a successful 2011 Sydney International Boat Show and the sale of their first New Zealand share in the Hamilton Island based 5800 Sport Yacht to a couple from Auckland.
Sydney International Boat Show success The 2011 Sydney International Boat Show was a tremendous success for Riviera Syndication’s 5800 Sport Yacht with the launch of their third new 5800 Sport Yacht syndicate in a little over a year. “We now have these amazing boats in Sydney travelling to Hamilton Island each winter, in Sanctuary Cove traveling to Pittwater each summer and based at Hamilton Island each winter, and permanently based at Hamilton Island for the full year,” said managing director John Russell. “Our Hamilton island owners are eagerly awaiting the launch of their new vessel next month, which we will celebrate by hosting an owners’ launch party at the six-star Qualia Resort on the island in October. “It was pleasing to hear the positive feedback from people attending the boat show with many people stating that history and integrity were the main reasons for investing in a share in a boat with Riviera Syndication.” In other news, the Rushcutters Bay Riviera 5000 Sport Yachts are still as popular as ever with a third boat to be launched before Christmas. “Our new Riviera 4400 Series II Sport Yacht was a huge success at the show with this syndicate due to be launched from R Marine Pittwater’s base at Princess Street Marina in Newport Beach,” said John. “Shares in the new 4400 Sport Yacht cost $119,000 per share plus $14,900 per annum. “Relaxing with the ease of syndication is proving more popular each year for more and more boaters and together with the friendship of a growing family of owners, Riviera Syndication is really moving forward.”
First share for New Zealand Riviera Syndication is proud to announce they have sold their first New Zealand share in the Hamilton island based 5800 Sport Yacht ‘Marbella’ to a couple from Auckland. “They are over the moon and the owner is so excited he has requested posters advertising the Hamilton Island syndicate so he can pin them on the notice boards of the Auckland Yacht Clubs,” John said. “The new owners will join Sharon and I and the other owners of ‘Marbella’ at the launch party weekend at the magnificent Qualia Resort on Hamilton Island in October.” The owners have commented on the ease of owning a new Riviera 5800 Sport Yacht permanently berthed at Hamilton Island from their home in Auckland. Marbella has been optioned with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing holiday for four weeks annually in the tropical Whitsunday Islands and can accommodate up to 12 in total comfort, which is very important for our Kiwi cousins.
