Riviera At The Mandurah Boat Show this year October 8-10 Riviera's Latest Designs On Show For The First Time At The Mandurah Boat Show Riviera, Australia’s most awarded pleasure boat builder will excite Western Australian boating enthusiasts as the company powers ahead with the latest innovative designs which will be on display at the Mandurah Boat Show from October 8-10. Following on from Riviera’s success at the Sydney International Boat Show and the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, the stunning new 43 Open Flybridge has dazzled crowds and achieved record sales with 16 new boats sold in the nine weeks since the 43’s world release in May. Of the 16 sold, four are destined for Western Australian owners, indicating that this is the ideal boat for WA boaters. R Marine Perth and Beacon Marine will host a joint display featuring eight of Riviera’s latest designs including the new 43 Open Flybridge as well as three other new models never before seen on display in WA; the stunning Euro styled 5800 Sport Yacht, the 5000 and 3600 Sport Yachts, all with the latest pod drive technology. Also on display will be the 48 Offshore Express, 45 and 47 Flybridges, and Riviera Syndication’s 38 Flybridge. This is the largest display of new Riviera models ever seen in WA, with the eight boats having a value of more than $8 million. A real head turner, the new 43 Open Flybridge combines great function and style and is the perfect Rottnest boat with an open plan and oversized cockpit, barbecue centre and connectivity between the saloon and cockpit as well as greater fuel economy and manoeuvrability with Volvo Penta IPS. This latest addition to Riviera’s award winning range has progressed flybridge boat design into a new generation of boating enjoyment. Riviera’s latest Sport Yacht designs, the 5000 and 5800 Sport Yachts have impressed boat owners across the globe with their striking European design, single level living and alfresco lifestyle concept. No stone has been left unturned with luxuriously appointed cabins, functional galley and plush lounges in the saloon, making Riviera’s new Sport Yacht models a home away from home. Paul Cotton from Beacon Marine said they were proud to work in conjunction with R Marine Perth to stage what will be the largest Riviera display ever at a Mandurah Boat Show. R Marine Perth dealer principal Brendon Grieve said, “We are indebted to the owners of these magnificent Riviera boats for allowing us to use them for our display at the Mandurah show.” “It is always difficult to showcase Riviera’s latest models in Western Australia because we rarely have them in stock, so this year the public will have the opportunity to view the latest and most innovative models from Riviera in one location,” said Brendon “R Marine Perth will have our award-winning team of professionals on hand at our floating display to assist customers and answer any questions, along with staff from the Riviera factory. “We are proud to announce our recent success at the annual Australia/New Zealand Dealer Awards in which R Marine Perth won the prestigious Dealer of the Year Award and our very own Tim Wright took home the award for Service Excellence for his exceptional customer service. “We look forward to catching up with many of our VIP customers and guests at a special function we will be hosting during the boat show to celebrate the launch of these fabulous boats.”
Riviera Syndication Offers 38 Flybridge To Western Australia Riviera Syndication’s magnificent 38 Open Flybridge will impress boating enthusiasts at Western Australia’s Club Marine Mandurah Boat Show held from October 8-10. The vessel is the first Riviera to be syndicated in WA as part of the long-running Riviera Syndication program and will attract plenty of interest at the biggest boat show held in the West. Only a limited number of shares remain in the 38 Open Flybridge, which is moored in the Swan River at Aquarama, the existing Syndication share holders have expressed their interests in cruising the Swan, spending a weekend in one of the idyllic bays of nearby Rottnest Island, exploring the beautiful South-West coast or even perhaps visiting the Mid-West’s world famous Abrolhos Islands. The 38 Open Flybridge offers spacious accommodation, with two cabins and an electric roll-out bed in the saloon allows comfortable sleeping for six, and ease of handling courtesy of bow and stern thrusters. It is also immaculately finished inside with Riviera’s luxurious interior design, the fully optioned 38 Open Flybridge offers all the refinements that Riviera is renowned for, including well appointed galley, reverse cycle air conditioning, two hot and cold showers, icemaker and entertainment unit, offering the ultimate cruising experience. Safe navigation is enhanced by Furuno’s latest 3D GPS/fish finder and Furuno Autopilot. Riviera Syndication’s Chief Executive Officer John Russell, who has been syndicating boats for over a decade, said syndication was a popular concept on the east coast with numerous boats already in our syndicate as people realise the enormous benefits of syndicated boats. “What owners get is a walk-on-walk-off lifestyle,” he said. “When you arrive at Aquarama to board the 38 Open Flybridge, it is sparkling clean, stocked, fuelled and ready to go. “When you return, you can simply step off the boat and head home, leaving our team of experts to take care of the cleaning and maintenance. “There won’t even be fingerprints on the high gloss cherry timber dining table when the next owner steps on board.” For a one-off share purchase of $ 79,500 and a yearly maintenance fee, Riviera Syndication offers luxury boat ownership without any of the pitfalls normally associated with the maintenance and upkeep of such a vessel. Moorings are almost impossible to find in the Swan River and come at a very high cost when they do become available but the annual maintenance fee for each shareholder for the 38 Open Flybridge is a fraction of the yearly cost of that mooring alone. Riviera Syndication guarantees at least three days of on-water training for each new owner and booking is via a simple online system, with shareholders allocated 33 days per year plus standby days. These allocations are also spread evenly over peak periods and can be booked in blocks of up to six days. Also, shareholders can exchange allocations with Riviera Syndication clients in other parts of the country, including Sydney, Hamilton Island and the Gold Coast, meaning WA owners can trade part of their allocation for use of a boat on the east coast. What’s more, each owner has an “equity share” in the boat itself; after three years the boat is sold and shareholders receive their share of the sale price back, further enhancing the value of the investment and meaning a further reduction in the ’real’ cost of a share. Riviera Syndication offers models from 36 to 78 feet in different ports around Australia. For further details, visit www.rivierasyndication.com.au or contact:
