Riviera Syndication Comes To Sydney’s Pittwater

Riviera Syndication has announced two new locations – Sydney Harbour and the Pittwater in Sydney's north.

Riviera Syndication offers an exciting new alternative to boat ownership particularly for people who are time poor. Membership of a syndicate that owns a beautiful new Riviera entitles you to a month on board each year with a simple online booking system to reserve your holiday.

For Sydneysiders who would like their boating holidays in a more exotic location, Riviera Syndication has the last opportunities on a 45 Open Flybridge located at Hamilton Island in the heart of Queensland's Whitsundays.

This exciting three cabin/ two bathroom boat features a moulded staircase linking the cockpit and flybridge.

Riviera Syndication CEO John Russell says, "We have a passion to provide customers with a boating and lifestyle experience that is full of enjoyment and relaxation. Riviera Syndication members become part of the Riviera family which affords many benefits including invitations to social events and functions and access to weekends away in the company of other Rivieras as well as an exclusive worldwide cruise program."

Riviera Syndication has also announced business opportunities for enterprising people wanting a boating lifestyle business. Franchise businesses based at Sydney Harbour and Pittwater are now on offer. Sydney Harbour's location speaks for itself. Pittwater is also an ideal boating location, just a short run from the joys of the Hawkesbury River, Cowan Creek, America Bay and all the other beautiful boating locations of this sparkling waterway.

The new opportunity follows the launch of a Riviera Syndication franchise in Fremantle, Western Australia. The company also operates its own franchises at Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays and on Queensland's Gold Coast.

"Riviera Syndication's management team has pioneered in the syndicated boating industry in Australia," says Mr Russell.

Membership in a Riviera syndicate is generally open to 10 families with a minimum allocation of 33 days usage per year. Riviera Syndication manages all maintenance, cleaning, servicing, berthing, insurance and other known expenses with the costs amortised between each member of the syndicate. Arranging access to the boat operates through an online booking system. The boat is professionally cleaned, restocked and re-fuelled between each use so members can simply relax and enjoy their experience, free of hassle and worry and with a genuine walk-on walk-off service.
